Intertype had a Cloister Bold Tooled (1920), which is similar to Cloister Open Face, originally known as Nicolas Jenson Open (Ludlow, 1928). Cloister Wide (Linotype, 1926) was designed to match the width of Cloister Bold for duplexing on the same matrices. [McGrew]
Cloister Oldstyle No.2 (Theo Rehak, 1992) is a cut in 16-point size for private use, distinguished by ten redesigned characters with diamond-shaped dots for greater authenticity, and an added long ‘s’. [McGrew]
LTC Cloister (Jim Rimmer, early 2000s) has 3 weights in roman and italic, with small caps for the lighter roman styles, and cursive/swash alts for the italics. Cloister URW (Phil Martin) has 8 styles (5 roman weights, 1 condensed, 2 italics). Other digital versions as Cloister Old Style by Scangraphic and Elsner+Flake (2 weights in roman and italic).
