Obchodná [Commerce] shows the development of the shop windows on the main shopping street in Bratislava, Slovakia. Photographer Ľubo Stacho captured them for over 30 years. The result is a beautiful piece of visual documentation. The book spread shows the old photographs on the right in the juxtaposition with the new ones on the left pages.
Komu is the revival of a style of letters frequently used on billboards during the socialist period in the former Czechoslovakia. Komu B as used for the title of the book is the rounded version, with more equalized letter widths.
“Veterán” uses Churchward Design 70 (1970).
