Actually, given the lighter weight of the ‘i’, it’s more likely that the uppercase ‘I’ was just reduced.
Good eye. I thought it was Trade Gothic, but it’s ever so-slightly thinner than Bold No.20
Most probably designed by the slightly fabulous and obscenely talented Neil Kellerhouse (he hasn’t replied to my e-mail from December 26 yet).
Andreas, Ryan: I think you both are right. Judging from the tilde in Ñ, Alternate Gothic was used for the titles, and Trade Gothic Condensed for the poster. The website uses Alternate Gothic No.3.
