The cover art for Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo (TLOP) has been created by Belgian artist, writer and curator Peter De Potter. It consists of black Helvetica titles and a family portrait (an alternate cover also features a photo of a bikini model), that are laid out on orange background. These elements have been hacked by various TLOP cover generator websites, such as thelifeofpablol.com, see below. The latter is Arial-based though. [edit: the original album cover uses Arial, too, see the comments]

I did a comparison between the original cover, Arial, and Helvetica. Arial seems to be the actual font used in the cover, and it pretty much matches up perfectly with the original cover. The most noticeable difference is in the letter C, where the end strokes are slanted in Arial, compared to the straight ends in Helvetica. The letter W is also designed slightly differently in Helvetica.
I’ve never taken a closer look at this one. But now I did and can confirm you’re right. Thanks for setting the record straight!
