The small type appears to be Univers or some phototype version thereof.
Sorry to be a massive massive geek but I don’t think that is Vag Rounded. The 'o’ and the 'a’ are too round. More likely it’s a redraw of Frankfurter or a custom drawn typeface.
Massive geekery is very much welcomed on FIU! You definitely have a point, Michael. The ‘k’ and most other details are off, too. I’ve marked this as unidentified, although I agree that it is most likely custom drawn.
In my opinion, I think the “k” is very similar to Helvetica Rounded.
