   This is the English edition, published in 2010 by Thames & Hudson. The original German edition was issued in 2007 as Formulare gestalten (“Designing Forms”) by Verlag Hermann Schmidt Mainz, with a largely identical design, printed in five colors on three different papers.

   One small omission in the English edition — the colophon names all of the typefaces except Dolly!
