Internet.org is a partnership between Facebook and technology partners (Samsung, Ericsson, MediaTek, Opera, Nokia and Qualcomm) planning to bring affordable access to Internet services in the developing countries. The website uses Lava from Typotheque for the headlines, and Basis Grotesque.
In-house design team at Facebook has chosen Lava because of its extensive language support (Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Arabic) as localised versions of the website are in development.
