“Fum fum fum” means smoke signals in Catalan folklore. The three wise men, bags of coal, the shepherds sitting around the fire, a pot of stew simmering on the fire, carols, the Christmas season is full of references to fire and smoke, the warmth that comes from spending time with the family. What could be better than sending season’s greetings to our friends and customers in the best way we know how, with a smokescreen? With some visibly burnt cards that smell of smoke and leave dirty marks like coal. By overexposing the card to the laser cutter, a production defect is transformed into a virtue. A new discovery for us. Each paper has its own scorched aroma.
