Am I right in thinking this isn’t Capone because Capone’s capital “R” connects and this one (as well as the artist title font on the Bob Marley album “Exodus”) doesn’t?
I can confirm that this (as well as the typeface use for the Exodus album cover) is Capone. It’s just that the digitization is different in this detail. Here’s a glyph set of the original phototype version, from a 1970s catalog by Typeshop. In Capone Medium, the leg of R meets the stem in a point.
