The Las Vegas Arcade is an amusement center in Soho, London. The V appears to be an upside-down A with the bar removed. See Jackson’s original V in this post.
Another Flickr user, stephen marland, has uploaded an image of the Las Vegas Arcade – in which it can be seen that the words ‘American Pool’ over the doorway are rendered in Blippo. Several other fonts on display here – a light Microgramma can also be seen on a cash machine, and Egyptienne or similar on an ‘Open’ sign. However I can’t identify the font used in the ‘Arcade’ signage in the entrance.

The others are too small for me to pinpoint the font ID (e.g., it’s not quite Microgramma, but another typeface in a similar wide techno style).
