Mr. Tambourine Man is the debut album by the American folk rock band The Byrds and was released in June 1965 on Columbia Records. The distinctive front cover fisheye lens photograph of the band was taken by Barry Feinstein.” — Wikipedia

The album title in pink is set in Columbus. The band name is in a yet unidentified heavy slab serif. Antique (Wells) is similar, but not a match.
