Parts of the letterpress forme simulation were shot at the International Museum of Printing in Los Angeles, California, but most of the image was produced digitally. We believe that a mix of metal and digital fonts were used, but we’re still looking into which typefaces exactly.

  1. The unidentified fonts for this ad are Wells and Webb Antique, and Page’s No. 500 which were both digitized by Jordan Davies of Wooden Type Fonts. But there are some other unknown faces to look more into!

    Thank you, Jay, these look good! Added. I found one more: There’s either Payson JNL, modified, or the original Jeff Levine’s revival is based on, or some other font based on the same source.
