Bildung anführen. Über Hochschulmanagement nach der Bologna-Reform is a book with essays of educational science by different authors. It was published by German publisher transcript in September 2015.
The book design has a distinct two-layer layout to separate content (set in Bembo Book) from secondary informations like titles, footnote numbers or infographics (set in Fakt). Together they structure the variety of informations to guide the reader easily, making the book a pleasure to read.
Upon closer inspection the design reveals the great care put into the typographic details such as the manualy kerned footnote numbers within the main text to optimize spacing, or using Fakt’s alternate (more open) letterforms for small text sizes to increase readability.
