Cristian Vargas is not only an ingenious type designer, snagging a TDC Award for his Type & Media final project Salvaje, but also a typographer in his own right. His new portfolio webpage uses the Libre cut of Baskerville, set large in classical fashion and complemented by Source Sans for navigational elements. Large illustrations play nicely with the text, letting each get the attention they well deserve.
