2016 period drama The Birth of a Nation uses its title “ironically, but very much by design”. I’m not so sure if the same applies to the typeface, as ITC Blackadder leans more toward Jokerman than constitutional hand.

A few weeks before, the same typeface was used in the background for the debate between Trump and Clinton.
