Just like the posters for Yorgos Lanthimos’ The Lobster, those for The Killing of a Sacred Deer were created by Greek graphic artist Vasilis Marmatakis. The Toronto International Film Festival cites the latter as the fourth collaboration between Lanthimos and Marmatakis.
The movie poster shows centered credits, alternating Times and Nexa in a serif and sans-serif interplay. In the titles of the movie itself, this is further enhanced by using e.g. Times Italic for the name of the actor’s roles, Nexa in capital letters for the given name of the cast member, Times bold for their surname. The movie website further iterates the two fonts, including a simulated health test. The social media pages of the movie (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) also feature some graphic reinterpretations with horizontally stretched letters to emphasize quotes from reviews.

Any idea who created the anatomical artwork for these movie posters?
The title fonts are Times and Gotham, not Nexa.
Thanks for your comment, Kelsey. In fact, both are correct: the posters at the top use Gotham. The big type on the last four images (starting with “THE BOY”) is Nexa, though. I’ve added the previously missing Gotham to the typeface credits.
