Oklahoma / Carousel by The Steven Richards Orchestra was probably released in the late 1950s. The wide slab serif is Filmotype Wand, which was originally made in 1955 and is similar to Hellenic Wide. It was digitized and expanded by Charles Gibbons in 2015 and now includes Cyrillic and Greek characters.
