Left Alone magazine, Issue One, July 2017

We’re super happy to announce the release of our first Left Alone Zine, released in conjunction with our Nosedrip and Steele Bonus party on 01.07.17.

Issue one features interviews with Nosedrip and Steele Bonus, alongside some artwork from Lucien Lucien, plus an exclusive yellow C90 cassette with a mix from both Nosedrip and Steele along with some Left Alone stickers. The zines are 32pp printed full colour A5, on 130gsm gloss stock, in an original limited run of 50.

Our Place studio designed the zine using their own OP Grotesque (designed by Alex Gross) and Spectral, Production Type’s open-source family that had just been released through Google Fonts at the time. Initially intended for screen use, this is very likely Spectral’s first printed use.

Spectral is now also available as a download on Production Type’s website.
