In the 1970s, Los Angeles became an epicenter of the feminist movement. Engaged artists responded to the sexism they encountered in the male-dominated art world by constructing separate spaces. Womanspace Gallery was one such institution, converted from a former Laundromat.
Judging from the width of W, the counter of O, and the shades of O, S, C, this appears to be Buxom, and not the earlier and very similar Baby Fat.
