But what about the font used for the logo that spells out “Deutsche Grammophon”?
Hi Fabrice, the Deutsche Grammophon logo doesn’t use a font, but was custom drawn. I can’t really think of a digitally available typeface that comes close. Cabarga Cursiva (shown below) has some of the angular energy. Admiral (Woellmer) is from the same period and place as the original logo, but lacks the contrast. You might like Gneisenauette.
