Thalia was first issued in 1894. To many people today, it’s known as the typeface used for the Rush band logo. Nine years prior to the release of their debut LP, it was chosen for a best-of compilation by the Carter Family. The straight-stemmed T is either an alternate of a phototype version or a customization.
