“Studio17 is an independent exhibition space for contemporary art in Stavanger. Established in 2013, it is run by cultural workers primarily on voluntary basis. The gallery located in Nytorget frequently hosts events, which often take place over a weekend.”

Stavanger-based contemporary art gallery, Studio 17, has a new website and visual identity designed by Goedele Teirlinck/SAK design. The logotype uses LL Brown, with custom-drawn geometric numerals. The typographic palette is left-aligned, two-coloured (red and black) and contrasts two typefaces: a single cursive member of Nina Stössinger’s Nordvest family (the Regular Italic style) against Roboto from Google.
