Milly, Jocelyn y Los Vecinos was a highly successful New York-based Dominican Republic Merengue music group, fronted by two sisters. In later albums the group became Milly Y Los Vecinos. When the group disbanded lead singer Milly Quezada went on to have an equally successful solo career. [Wikipedia]
Their LP Esta Noche uses Astra, designed by François Robert and Natacha Falda and released by Letraset in 1973. It’s just like Mecanorma’s Chicago (1972), with stars in place of the dots!
[edit: it appears to be Hollywood Stars, see comments.]

This looks a lot more like Movie Star than Astra.
Good catch, Quinn, thanks! Jonathan Paterson’s Movie Star was made in 1997, and hence can’t be the font used here, in 1984. It appears to be Hollywood Stars, a variant of Hollywood Lights in which the dots have been replaced by stars, just as in Chicago/Astra. Movie Star is likely based on this predigital typeface.
