Sorry! (1981–82, 85–88) was a BBC comedy starring Ronnie Corbett as a 41-year-old man unable to leave home because of his domineering mother. The titles were designed by Liz Friedman in an electronic effects laden style common at the BBC in the 1970s and early 1980s.

  1. It’s been impossible to find the font used in the opening titles for the actor credits. I’m sure I’ve seen that distinctive S before. The DVD release has a close-ish-but-not-the-same stab at it.
