Gato Preto (black cat) is a Sorocaba-based brand of paints used by artists in Brazil. It uses ITC Benguiat Gothic and, appropriately, Brush Script.

“Premium” on the packaging is probably meant to emphasize the product’s high quality – there is no “regular” version.
