Sorry, I don’t recognize the title face. Details like the wide W with the low center look amateurish. The closest I could find is AR Techni. It’s similar in most structural traits, but not a match. I’ve included it at the bottom of the image, for comparison.
Whatever it is, there are major spacing issues. I predict freebie.
