Fictional new artwork for the 2014 record Going the Distance by French electronic duo Inferno. Hugely inspired by 1970s and 1980s cover art, this artwork shows the strong and timeless identity of ITC Serif Gothic.

Here’s the original cover design. I don’t know the designer. The typography uses True Lies which emulates informal dry brush sign writing. The font suffers from uneven, overly tight spacing and the lack of alternates. I like your reinterpretation better, Aurélien!
