I noticed this groovy Zipper for the sign of Futura Optical Co. on Calle Ocho in Little Havana, Miami, FL. I’m guessing “óptica” is altered ITC Avant Garde Gothic.

Seems like there is an accent, so it is óptica, which is the correct spelling in Spanish.
