According to a Forsa Institut study, about 56% of all sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying in German workplaces goes unreported. Mostly due to fear of repression and career disadvantages.
This number is the driving factor behind the launch of Lytt, an app aimed at fighting social injustice and making German workplaces better and more inclusive. Lytt (Norwegian for “being heard”) offers employees an anonymous way to report workplace incidents and gives them direct access to psychological and legal help if needed.
The visual identity is based on organic shapes and distinct illustrations providing an empathic human touch. The mix of fonts – Nocturno Display for headers, Appeltje for body text – contributes to this distinct and warm visual language signaling trust, safety and sympathy towards affected employees while communicating Lytt’s brand vision of a better working world towards companies and HR departments.
