On the occasion of the rebranding of the first global franchisee of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Germany, we designed a corporate brochure for Rubina Real Estate in the form of a booklet. This editorial project featured the story behind the new rebranding and the values of the company with a new look. With the aim to communicate the quality of its services, we created a simple, elegant and distinctive style for the brand presentation.
Cabernet is the core colour that expressed the unique and sophisticated style of this worldwide group, together with well-combined typefaces. Our editorial approach focused on this tint to create contrast in the composition and a connection between the pages.
Additionally, the combination of a serif type with a sans serif one, supports the diversity of the design. Georgia Pro together with Proxima Nova allowed playfulness and good readability within different formats and media.
