Holsten is a German beer brand by the Carlsberg Group. For their Bernstein Lager, they use the Rough Lt style from the Vtg Stencil DIN family by astype. The stencil font with the eroded look is used for “BERNSTEIN”.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the script for “Lager” is lettering by Hubert Jocham. He does a lot of lettering for packaging, and it’s his style, compare his typeface Schoko.
The Holsten logo is probably custom, too. Cheltenham Ultra Condensed would come close. The narrow sans-serif caps seem to be from Gotham Condensed.
