French sleeve for Blondie’s 1980 cover of “The Tide Is High”, a song originally recorded by the Jamaican rocksteady group the Paragons in 1967. The lead single from Blondie’s fifth studio album, Autoamerican (1980), was the band’s third number one single on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. In France, it peaked at #31.
