Not the first Polish edition of Alfred Döblin’s Weimar classic (which is from 1959) but a handsome one, published in 1979 in Czytelnik’s retro series. The Czytelnik logo is deftly set in Stripes while the author and title are in ITC Souvenir (the umlaut does not appear to be standard).
