I’m Sacha Tourtoulou, a Digital Product Designer based in Paris, France.
For my portfolio website, I chose to combine a serif font, Playfair Display, with a neutral sans serif font, Inter. I used Playfair because it is a very elegant font in large sizes; moreover, I used Inter because it is a font adapted to different screen resolutions and specifically made for the web.
In order to create a modern and refined universe, I used the Playfair font in a very large size. The aim was to use typography as an illustration, a visual.
I also decided to use serif font for titles and to use sans serif font for text bodies. The aim was to break the standards.
