This album is very chill. Tom Rixford, who is credited for the album art, has designed many other chill albums for other Hawaiian artists. The record label, Lehua Records, also has some other chill album covers.

From the liner notes:

Jerry “Manu” Byrd is unquestionably “Mr. Super Steel Guitar”. His fans from all over the world, both musicians and music lovers will happily attest to his international reputation. Jerry has been playing the authentic steel guitar as long as he can remember and, although he grew up in the cradle of country music, his first love is Hawaiian Music and this is what the album is about!

The liner notes appear to be set in Spartan Condensed, but could conceivably be some other Futura-like substance.
