Hello from Here is a generative poster project and gallery from Upperquad, a creative digital studio. When you enter the name of a city, the generator creates artwork based on real-time data, such as temperature and weather. You can then interact with the poster to make it your own, before submitting it to a gallery of posters from around the world.

The typography of the posters and the website use Bandeins Strange (headlines) and Bandeins Sans (smaller text), both designed by Maximilian Müsgens and released through his t—1 Foundry. Both fonts are available as regular OpenType fonts, and in variable font format. Bandeins Strange has a “Strange width” axis, which can be used to elongate horizontal parts of lettershapes.
