Valérie Čižmárová singles (Supraphon, 1977–1981)
This sleeve design was used for several of Valérie Čižmárová’s singles from 1977 to the end of her recording career in 1981. In 2012, it was also reused for the Supraphon compilation Singly (1974–1981). The name of the designer, set at the bottom of the cover is not highly legible, but it could be Petr Kořínek. The singles using this design were as follows:
“Čas má rychlý krok” (Time Has A Quick Step) / “On se ti vrátí” (He’s Coming Back To You)
“Když ještě letěl Rokenrol” (When Rock ’n’ Roll Was Still Flying) / “Chvíli se smát” (Times To Laugh)
“Žádný ptáčník nemá křídla” (No Birdwatcher Has No Wings) / “Můj chlap” (My Guy)
“Rokenrol si mě získal” (Rock ’n’ Roll Got Me) / “Zůstaneš tu sám” (You’re Staying Here Alone)
It features the name of the artist – without the accent aigu over the first e of her name, set in outlined Cooper Black, with custom diacritics.
It is interesting to note that Cooper Black was also used for the cover of Pet Sounds by the Beach Boys, who performed at the Bratislavská Lýra festival of 1969 on the same day (18th June) as when Valérie Čižmárová made one of her first stage appearances as a professional singer, aged just seventeen at the time.
The titles are shown in a green field on one side of the sleeve, using various typefaces. The bold condensed grotesk used for “Žádný ptáčník nemá křídla” is unidentified. Placard comes close. “Rokenrol si mě získal” appears to pair Maršův Grotesk with Universal Grotesk for the numerals.
Valérie Čižmárová was born as Valéria Čižmárová on 29th January 1952, Michalovce, Czechoslovakia (present-day Slovakia), of a Hungarian-speaking family. She died 7th March 2005, Prague, Czech Republic. For further details on her life and work please visit the fan blog “Bananas For Breakfast”

Love the outline version of Cooper Black and specially the custom accents.
Both Letraset and Mecanorma offered ready-made versions of Cooper Black Outline. The accents indeed seem to be custom – the háček is not just an upside-down circumflex.
