Belgian director Chantal Akerman’s film Jeanne Dielman, 23, Quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles, from 1975, finally had its theatrical release in Sweden by the end of last year. We designed a poster diptych and title treatment. The idea was to emphasize the long title as a strong and clear visual element. The new condensed version of Ivar Display was perfect for this, along with Swedish Gothic for the names of the director and the main actress. Ivar Text was used for the billing block.
