Resistbot is a service that helps U.S. citizens send letters about specific issues to their congressional and/or state representatives. This is how it works:
Text the word RESIST to me on iMessage, Messenger, Twitter, Telegram, or to 50409 on SMS* and I’ll find out who represents you in Congress or your state legislature, turn your text into an email, fax, or postal letter, and deliver it to your representatives. 1–2–3.
Users can get an image of the letter after it’s generated. The text is currently set in Stolzl and Adelle, with a signature (far better than most of us can muster) using Kinescope, a 1940s-style brush script, inspired by hand-lettered titles in Fleischer Brothers’ Superman cartoon series.
