The 1973 reissue of “Space Oddity” (with B-side “The Man Who Sold The World”) became David Bowie’s first hit in the USA. It uses the same photo (by Mick Rock) as the album cover, just printed in black and white. The type is somewhat similar, too: instead of Magnetic Ink, it here is Amelia, another futuristic face from the second half of the 1960s.
