German picture sleeves for three singles by Welsh band Man. All came out in 1973/1974, and all feature Stripes for the band name, making it the de facto band logo.

  1. Outstanding! I’d assume that the designer wanted to emulate the logo as used on the band’s debut album Revelation from 1969, which likewise features multiline letters. I’m not sure whether they are custom, or maybe modeled after Lance Wyman’s Mexico Olympic. You can see this logo on the Dutch single sleeve for “Erotica”:
