Connections X
Visual for the 10th event of CuratedContent.cc (ex-ligature.ch) in collaboration with the type design studio and shop specialized in variable fonts newglyph. The Connections events are design-focused talk series and workshops that takes place in Switzerland, mostly in Lausanne, since 2016. The 10th event was an evening talk series featuring Giliane Cachin, Raphael Verona from Altiplano, and Eurostandard. A portfolio Type Crit led by Ian Party in collaboration with the guests speakers happened just before the event.
The Swiss designer Xavier Monney designed a static and augmented reality poster and a tote bag based on his animated typographic motion loop video. He used a variation of styles of the variable font Antarctica designed by Ian Party.
