When in Bavaria, make sure to try out Obazter. This cheese delicacy has a number of alternative spellings, including Obatzda, Obazda or Obatzter. The packed variety by Alpenmark uses Timothy Donaldson’s Postino, an underused 2-style typeface that looks like Courier on too much Bavarian beer. The secondary typeface is Formata, the magnum opus of the late Bernd Möllenstedt.
