   Thanks, Jay! I’ve added the credit. I tried to find a full name, to no avail. If anyone knows an artist who worked in this style and era and signed with “FRITZ”, please let us know in a comment.

   BTW, the wonky proportions and spacing of the credits suggest that this is the IBM Selectric version of Univers.
