I first assumed the type was Trade or Alternate Gothic, but it appears to be Folio Condensed, a Helvetica alternative commonly used in the 1950–70s but often neglected today.

When I lived in Vancouver I bought a copy of the To The Moon And Back. I still have it and is in original condition.How much would it now be worth.
