A hand-drawn rendition of Photo-Lettering’s Halloween typeface, on the cover for a single by Italian singer-songwriter Tony Renis. The uncredited artist took some liberties with the model – maybe the lettering was patterned after an in-use example with a limited amount of glyphs. The original nevertheless shines through, certainly in the S and its single counter with enclosed circle.
The song titles are set in caps from Helvetica breit halbfett. All text is framed by an illustration that infuses Art Nouveau elements with the style of the 1960s.
