Trnstn Radio is a place for creation, gatherings, experimentation and reflection. The space, a refurbished 20 feet HQ container on the Blue Factory site, aims to promote the local and Swiss music scene while keeping an open window on the international scene. A true ode to eclecticism and the diversity of the medium, the radio is a premiere in Fribourg, based in the heart of a changing and in constant Transition neighborhood.
The logotype is designed with AA Gothic (Radim Peško, CH), published in 2020. All the text items of the visual identity are using this typeface in the Regular weight. The main medium of the visual identity is the website, created by using a strict grid, with only three font sizes. This choice stems from the desire to create a platform where the artists’ and DJs’ photographs then come to freely colour their dedicated spaces. For this project, other applications have been designed such as signage of the place, a poster for the opening, visuals for social networks, as well as goodies.
