Is it possible to order this as a poster?

  4. Hi Mary,

If you click on the link (davidrumsey.com), you can order the print. At $129.95 it’s a bit pricey, and it’s 3.5 feet long!

You can also download it at the link above and manipulate it as you see fit.  I wonder if I could get this on a t-shirt?

  5. This is marvelous. If you ever publish it at somewhat less cost, I’d be interested. (Would you sell more, at least to the hobby historian, and make more money in the long run, if you did so?)

I have purchased several copies and sizes of the HistoMap of World history over the years for myself and friends. It is a fantastic visual reference of history that simultaneously depicts the rise and falls of all general ethnic civilizations over a 4000 year period, along with their associated levels of world power, religious and cultural influence, and land acquisition. I also appreciate the numerous references of important historic events that were interjected within the Histomap’s timelines. Particularly, the specific events you mentioned that are contained within the Bible, which is always a trustworthy source!

My only disapiontment with the Histomap is that an expanded version has not yet been released! I have been hoping to see one that extends through the second world war, and up to at least 2000.

It would also be great to extend it backwards as well by at least a couple thousand years earlier! Then we can see and learn more information about the earliest civilizations known, such as the Sumerians, Ubaidians, Hurrians, Akkadians, etc…

I understand that there may not be enough current facts yet known about these civilizations, but you can always provide updated Histomaps when more info surfaces. Most current customers will likely continue to purchase every extended and updated versions you produce, and new buyers will also be more likely to purchase any extended versions that are more detailed and accurate! (And or versions that include more Biblical References!)

May also think about digital maps with access to a lot more background information related to specific historic events listed on the visual timelines!

Regardless of what you do going forward to grow the brand, I hope this product continues to be successful and provides well for your company!
