Despegando (“Taking Off”) is an artist’s residence for new creatives in the fields of music, painting, drawing or performance, founded by the Industrial Copera project (translated):
The Despegando concept arose at the Industrial Copera nights, when in recent years we have been meeting new people every day and discovering young talents who, we are sure, deserve to be known. Hence the idea of founding an artistic residence where we could help, with all our resources and experience, young creators in their process of intellectual and creative development.
The identity was designed by 2041 / Fernando Cienfuegos, using GroteskRemix Monospace by Benoît Bodhuin.
