Beethoven: ‘Emperor’ presents three movements of a concerto by Ludwig van Beethoven: Concerto No. 5 In E-Flat Major For Piano And Orchestra, Op. 73. Recorded by the Philadelphia Orchestra with Rudolf Serkin on Piano, conducted by Eugene Ormandy. Released by Columbia Masterworks Records, 1951.

Design by Alex Steinweiss who paired a few sizes of all-lowercase Didot with his signature curly hand lettering. “Long playing microgroove nonbreakable record” is in Bodoni (and News Gothic and Futura are used for the small print).
